Yeastar D30 Module

Adds 100 users and 30 simultaneous calls per module. P560 supports one D30 (100/30 to 200/60); P570 supports two (300/60 to 500/120). It also supports compatible legacy S100/S300 systems. Not compatible with P520, P550, S20 or S50.
